Consults are 60 minute (sometimes more) one-on-one calls with Coach Chris to outline your personal needs in health and fitness. Although every consultation is different and personalized, here are 10 reasons to come and have a consultation:

  1. Education: Learn how to exercise safely, effectively and efficiently to optimize your results and the time you spend exercising.
  2. Goal-setting: Everyone goals are different for different reasons. Set goals to keep you on track, hold you accountable and stay motivated. Let’s find out your personal fitness and body goals.
  3. Motivation: Receive tips and techniques to help you cultivate or maintain your motivation to exercise.
  4. Prior History: Your prior history in health and fitness – what worked, what did not work, prior injuries, even allergies all need to be discussed prior to entering or continuing a new fitness journey.
  5. Tailoring: Let’s find what you need? Meal Plan, Personalized Wellness Booklet, Tailored Strength Training Plan, Tailored Cardio Plans, or ALL the Above. Your Coach can give you some ideas you may not have yet considered or known about. Learn time-saving and efficient ways to exercise and eat.
  6. Optimization: Develop a tailored exercise plan just for you. Learn how to optimize exercise for weight loss/gain and weight maintenance based on your circumstances, lifestyle and physical condition.
  7. Accountability: Our clients’ results have been shown to improve with the more points of contact they have. On some programs, you are scheduled to see or be in contact with the Exercise Specialist 7x. That’s 7x more points of contact to help hold you accountable, keep you motivated and optimize your weight-loss journey.
  8. Program: Your Coach will write you a tailored exercise program to help you achieve your goals.
  9. Navigation: Your Coach can help you to navigate your way through the masses of information out there to make informed decisions regarding exercise and the best ways to achieve your goals.
  10. New ideas: There is more than one way to skin a cat. Even if you’re a savvy exerciser, you may still learn some new ideas, tips or tactics to improve or change your exercise regime.

We create and implement fitness plans that improve your overall strength, flexibility, and wellness. We also customize a workout program to meet a specific goal, like completing a marathon, building your cardio endurance, or losing excess body weight.
Best part about personal training are as you progress through the workouts click here, your personal trainer will also use their knowledge to advance or modify the exercises to ensure you meet your health goals.

MAJOR BENEFITS:

Accountability. One of the hardest things about meeting your fitness goals is remaining consistent. Outside stresses like work and family obligations can make it easy to skip a workout and lose your traction. Hiring a personal trainer gives you someone to answer to and helps keep you accountable for exercising.
